The book for parents, Parents
Are Forever, is dedicated as follows:
• First and foremost to Hannah, who was kidnapped by her father when she was 2. I had the pleasure of knowing Hannah from the time she was an infant until she was kidnapped. Not a day passed for over 4 years without good thoughts for Hannah and the hope that she would reunite with all of her family so she could be loved and cherished by both of her parents once again. Thanks to the perseverance of many people, Hannah has been reunited with her mother, sisters and extended family. Over the many years since her return she has blossomed into an amazing young person full of life, love and laughter.
• Secondly, to the custodial mother who realized after observing her child's behavior following 3 months of supervised visitation that she had falsely accused the child's father of sexual abuse – and then admitted it – both to the supervising agency and to the Court.
• And, finally, to all the co-parents who have bitten their tongues, owned their own baggage, taken the highroad, and responded thoughtfully instead of reacting impulsively or selfishly...in short...put their child(ren) first.
